Ingredients
- 4–6 oz shrimp (peeled, deveined)
- ½ bell pepper (sliced)
- ½ onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Optional: avocado slices
Directions
Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add peppers and onions, cook until softened. 3. Add shrimp and seasonings. 4. Cook until shrimp turn pink (2–3 minutes per side). 5. Serve in a bowl, optionally topped with avocado.
