Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon or cocoa powder
- Optional: berries
Directions
Step 1
1. In a bowl or jar, mix all ingredients until smooth. 2. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. 3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. 4. Top with berries if desired and serve.
