Ingredients
- 4–6 oz beef (sliced thin)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
Directions
Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add beef and cook until browned. 3. Add garlic and broccoli, sauté 3–5 minutes. 4. Stir in coconut aminos/soy sauce. 5. In a separate pan, heat cauliflower rice until warm. 6. Serve beef and broccoli over cauliflower rice.
